The Sisters
This business grew out of the way we already live.
We are sisters. We live together on a regenerative farm. We build things, notice patterns, solve practical problems, and care a lot about whether the systems around us actually support life.
That philosophy found its way into the business.
A regenerative business does more than hold the work together. It creates flow. It supports the systems behind the work, protects your capacity, and turns what you create into more resources, more impact, more joy, and more life.
What We Believe
Resources should support life.
We believe good businesses should support the work without consuming the person doing it. They should create structure where there was strain, flow where there was friction, and resources that can circulate back into your life, your people, your ideas, and the impact you want to make.
The goal is not a business that takes everything you have. It is a business that becomes part of what makes your experiences richer, serves the community around it and becomes a living system in reciprocity with life.
Jamy’s Role
Observer. Strategist. Builder.
I tend to see the magic that you are too close to notice. The thing that feels unimportant because it is so innately natural to you that it does not seem valuable to others.

- The invisible pathway.
- The unnecessary complications.
- The pieces of lived experience that turned a trained modality into something distinctly yours.
My job is to recognize the pattern, say it plainly, and help build the infrastructure around it.
