Terms and Conditions

Rogue Sisters Marketing

 Effective Date: May 2026

These terms are written in plain language because we believe you deserve to know exactly what you are agreeing to. By booking a session, purchasing a digital product, or engaging Rogue Sisters Marketing for any service, you are agreeing to the terms below.

1. Who We Are

Rogue Sisters Marketing is a brand strategy and marketing consultancy. We work with founders, creatives, and businesses to build brands with clarity and conviction. Throughout these terms, we refer to ourselves as Rogue Sisters Marketing, and we refer to you as the client.

2. Our Services

We offer the following types of services:

  • Strategy and consulting sessions (one-time or ongoing)
  • Brand profile and messaging development
  • Done-for-you project work with defined scope and deliverables
  • Digital products including templates, guides, frameworks, and resources

The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for any project work will be outlined in a separate proposal or agreement. These Terms apply to all services unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise.

3. Payment

We keep payment terms simple and clear:

  • Payment is due before work begins unless a payment schedule is agreed to in writing.
  • For project-based work, a deposit (typically 50%) is required to secure your start date. The remaining balance is due at the agreed milestone or before final delivery.
  • For sessions, full payment is due at the time of booking.
  • Digital products must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
  • We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout or on your invoice.

Late payments on ongoing or phased projects may result in work being paused until the outstanding balance is settled. We will always communicate with you before that happens.

4. No Refunds on Sessions

Once a session has taken place, it is considered complete and non-refundable. This applies to:

  • Strategy sessions
  • Brand profile consultations
  • Any coaching, advisory, or consulting calls

We put serious time and expertise into every session, and that preparation begins before we even get on the call. If you have concerns about a session, we are always open to a conversation. However, refunds on completed sessions are not available.

5. No Refunds on Completed Work

Once project deliverables have been completed and delivered, they are non-refundable. This includes:

  • Brand strategy documents
  • Messaging frameworks and copy
  • Profile systems and brand reports
  • Any other work delivered and accepted by you

Revision rounds as outlined in your project scope are the appropriate place to refine completed work. Refunds are not available once work has been delivered.

6. No Refunds on Digital Products

All digital product sales are final. Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds on:

  • Templates
  • Guides and workbooks
  • Frameworks and resources
  • Any downloadable or digital asset

Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about whether a product is the right fit, reach out before you buy and we will be happy to help.

7. Cancellations for Work Not Yet Complete

If you need to cancel a project that is still in progress, here is how it works:

  • Cancellations must be communicated in writing (email is preferred) and confirmed by both parties. A cancellation is not assumed without that confirmation.
  • You will be invoiced for all work completed up to the point of cancellation. Any deposit already paid will be applied toward that balance.
  • If the deposit covers the value of work completed, no further payment is owed and no refund will be issued.
  • If the value of work completed exceeds the deposit, you will be invoiced for the difference, due within 14 days.

We will always work with you fairly to close out an engagement. Clear communication on both sides makes this easy.

8. Rescheduling Sessions

We understand that schedules change. Here is our rescheduling policy:

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice at no charge.
  • Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee at our discretion.
  • No-shows with no communication are non-refundable and non-transferable.

9. Your Responsibilities

Great work is a two-way street. To get the most out of working together, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when we need it.
  • Review and provide feedback within the timelines agreed to in your project scope.
  • Communicate promptly if something changes on your end.

Delays in your responses or approvals may push back project timelines. We will keep you in the loop, but we are not responsible for timeline shifts caused by delayed client feedback.

10. Ownership of Work

Once a project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables we create for you. During the project or if a balance remains unpaid, we retain ownership of all work in progress.

Digital products remain the intellectual property of Rogue Sisters Marketing. Purchasing a digital product gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own business. You may not resell, share, or redistribute any digital product.

11. Confidentiality

Information you share with us in the course of working together is treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your permission, except where required by law.

We may reference our work together in our portfolio or as a case study unless you ask us not to in writing.
